Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Park Royal had some ups and downs. The staff, especially Juan, provided excellent service that made us feel at home. The infinity pool was a fantastic highlight as well. However, housekeeping was notably lacking, and noise levels made it difficult to relax. Additionally, I encountered a significant issue with cleanliness that overshadowed some of the positives.
I had a lovely stay at this beachfront hotel, which provided a serene escape in the Golden Zone. The location was convenient with bus service right in front and easy access to the city and mall. The food was generally good, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. However, some minor issues with the room's outdated decor and occasional shower problems did make the experience less than perfect.
I had high expectations for my stay at Park Royal, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my hopes. On the plus side, Juan Real and his team in the restaurant provided outstanding service, and the infinity pool was breathtaking, especially during hot summer days. However, the housekeeping was lacking, the noise level was bothersome, and a spider encounter in the bathroom dampened the experience significantly. Overall, it felt like there were serious areas needing improvement.
The hotel offers a mixed experience; while the pool area is quiet and staff like Julio and Marija are genuinely friendly, the rooms are dated and lacking basic amenities. The dining experience is generally below par, with tasteless food and slow service. If you’re looking for activities or a lively environment, this place might not meet your expectations.
My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. While the staff provided exceptional service, particularly Alfredo and Julio in the restaurant, the rooms and overall amenities left a lot to be desired. The beach wasn’t suitable for swimming, and the construction happening during our stay was quite disruptive. Overall, it was an okay experience that I wouldn't fully recommend.
