My stay at Park Royal had some ups and downs. The staff, especially Juan, provided excellent service that made us feel at home. The infinity pool was a fantastic highlight as well. However, housekeeping was notably lacking, and noise levels made it difficult to relax. Additionally, I encountered a significant issue with cleanliness that overshadowed some of the positives.

I had high expectations for my stay at Park Royal, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my hopes. On the plus side, Juan Real and his team in the restaurant provided outstanding service, and the infinity pool was breathtaking, especially during hot summer days. However, the housekeeping was lacking, the noise level was bothersome, and a spider encounter in the bathroom dampened the experience significantly. Overall, it felt like there were serious areas needing improvement.
